Incomplete deliveries
For incomplete delivery we ask for a notification within 24 hours.
Deliveries only to curbside.

Self - collections of minikitchen
Limatec AG currently offers no possibility to pick up the goods by yourself. All orders are shipped directly from the warehouse of the manufacturer in Germany by our forwarding agency

payment in advance:
Delivery will be within 5 working days *.
The period begins one working day after the payment order has been issued to the referring bank.
The period ends on the 5th working day.
*(Monday - Friday, except for holidays).
all other forms of payment:
Delivery will be within 5 working days *.
The period begins the first working day after conclusion of contract.
End of delivery time regarding Feuerdesign table grills and its accessories:
The deadline ends on the following 5th working day.

Delivery takes place within 10 working days in Germany (Switzerland and EU 15 working days*).
For cabinet kitchens, 20 working days in Germany (Switzerland and EU 25 working days).
The period begins one working day after the payment order has been issued to the referring bank.
End of the delivery time for mini-kitchens and their accessories:
The deadline ends on the following 10th working day in Germany (Switzerland and EU on 15th. working day), the period for cupboard kitchens ends on the following 20th. working day in Germany (Switzerland and EU on the 25th. working day).
All other forms of payment:
Delivery takes places within 10 working days in Germany (Switzerland and EU 15 working days*).
For cupboard kitchens 20 working days in Germany (Switzerland and EU 25 working days)
The beginning of the period is the first working day after the conclusion of the contract.
End of the delivery time for mini-kitchens and their accessories:
The deadline ends on the following 10 working day within Germany (Switzerland and EU on the 15th working day). The time limit for cupboard kitchens ends on the following 20th working day within Germany (Switzerland and EU on the 25th working day).
